Information you provide
When you request a 10-Account Preview or contact FieldDemand, we may receive your company name, website, commercial services, service territory, growth targets, property preferences, and business email address.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate fit, prepare and respond to your 10-Account Preview request, operate FieldDemand, maintain security, and improve the service. A 10-Account Preview request does not automatically enroll you in outbound marketing.
Business research and outreach records
FieldDemand researches publicly available professional and business information for business-to-business prospecting. We maintain suppression and opt-out controls and require current source verification before records become send-ready.
Offer acceptance and payments
If you accept a FieldDemand offer, we may store the typed-name acceptance record, work email, company name, offer token, terms version, timestamp, and related checkout reference. Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed processor; FieldDemand does not store raw card numbers.
First-party site measurement
FieldDemand records limited first-party page and conversion events such as preview requests, plan selections, offer review, and payment handoff so we can improve the customer journey. This measurement does not use advertising pixels, third-party ad cookies, or a durable cross-site visitor identifier.
Service providers
We may use providers for website hosting, private submission storage, email, payment processing, analytics, and business operations. They process information only as needed to provide those services.
Retention
We retain operational records for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Suppression and opt-out records may be retained longer so we can continue honoring do-not-contact requests.
Data choices
You may ask us to correct or remove information you submitted by emailing privacy@getfielddemand.com.
