How FieldDemand decides a target belongs on the list.
The goal is not to create the longest list. It is to create a defensible commercial prospecting universe around the work a contractor actually wants.
1. Start with the contractor’s brief
FieldDemand begins with the territory and commercial services the contractor wants to grow. The free preview is matched to that brief rather than a generic lead category.
2. Verify the organization is real and current
We prefer first-party company websites, government or licensing records, public procurement and permit material, and other current business sources. A name alone is not enough.
3. Document why the organization fits
Each preview target needs a source-backed reason it belongs in the requested market. Fit is not represented as known buying intent. It means the organization is a plausible account worth prospecting based on current public evidence.
4. Identify the buying role before the person
FieldDemand maps the role plausibly connected to HVAC or mechanical decisions—facilities, operations, property, engineering, procurement, ownership, or another relevant function—before personal outreach is considered.
5. Never manufacture a business email
For live outreach, FieldDemand does not guess addresses from naming patterns. A business email must be supported by an approved verification method and match the target company domain. Missing evidence stays missing.
6. Freshness and suppression override volume
Role and email evidence are time-sensitive. Stale evidence is rechecked before reuse. Global opt-outs and suppressions override targeting and campaign instructions.
7. Separate research evidence from sales claims
FieldDemand does not claim a facility is actively buying, has a budget, is replacing equipment, or wants a proposal unless current evidence actually supports that statement. The service is designed to open relevant commercial conversations, not fabricate intent.
8. Learn from outcomes
FieldDemand preserves reusable account, buyer, signal, outreach, and outcome history so future targeting can improve based on what actually produces commercially meaningful engagement.
